Novacom achievements (partial list):
We provided North Western Utilities customers (now Atco Gas) with the first automated phone in meter reading system in Alberta. Customers could phone in their meter reading in less than a minute without speaking to a person.
Novacom community support: We were the first company in Alberta, in partnership with the University of Alberta Hospitals, to provide the public with a free 24-hour health information service using automated IVR. We provided the Edmonton Folk Music Festival with volunteers and or all or part of their wireless communications requirements for 8 years. We provided the Edmonton Fringe Festival with volunteers and or all or part of their wireless communications requirements for 2 years.
