Success Tool Chest is a wholly owned Novacom International Limited Company. ‘Nova’ means ‘New’, ‘Com’ means ‘Communications’. New communications in some form always results in growth and is what propels our planet forward for the good of all. The Success tool Chest is Novacom’s consulting and coaching arm providing services since 2000. 

Success Tool Chest is at the forefront of the coaching industry. We benchmark employee satisfaction so we can coach owners and managers on new and progressive process. During the process any work group feels instantly uplifted and inspired. They feel heard and important because we asked their opinion on matters that are important to them and we find a way to make it all help the company we are working for.

We benchmark personalities in leaders so they know where to improve and broaden their horizons and skills. We measure, we coach and we build effective communications flow within organizations. We understand the selling, accounting and people processes in a business. We have the people, the systems, and the track record to help. We are like business doctors. We've assisted clients in almost all areas of business from finding alternative financing, developing proprietary sales and HR systems that inspire work-groups to out-perform to analysing their data, using it for coaching tools.

Novacom established itself in 1988. Between 1988 and 1998 Novacom operated cellular phone stores for Cantel AT&T and sold interactive voice response software and systems.

After a two year sabbatical for travel and writing, and following a personal passion for mentoring and helping others Mike Garska, through Novacom, began offering unique business consulting services, workshops and seminars in 2000.

We were the first company in Alberta, in partnership with the University of Alberta Hospitals, to provide the public with a free 24-hour health information service using automated IVR.

We provided the Edmonton Folk Music Festival with volunteers and or all or part of their wireless communications requirements for 8 years.

We provided the Edmonton Fringe Festival with volunteers and or all or part of their wireless communications requirements for 2 years.

We provided the Edmonton Berkebeiner Ski Festival with volunteers and or all or part of their wireless communications requirements for 3 years.

We provided humanity with a world wide web mentor/apprentice matching service since 2001. “When you want to become a great leader or mentor, first become a master apprentice.”
