Mike has 30 + years experience working in Alberta and Canadian business communities in the capacities of business owner, manager, consultant and sales person. He has experience in the oilfield, construction, equipment rental, industrial supplies, wireless communications and communications software industries.

Mike specializes in mentoring and masterminding. He first learned about basic success and business principles from Napoleon Hill and other authors at the age of sixteen. At that time he embraced a principle called masterminding as described by Napoleon Hill who defined it after interviewing the world’s leaders of his time and writing, Think and Grow Rich. No two minds ever come together without creating a third invisible intangible force likened to a third mind.” Every World leader in any field can identify how they utilize or utilized the masterminding concept, from Henry Ford to Mahatma Gandhi.

Don is a Chartered Accountant and leads in business financial analysis and evaluations. Don has a passion for people and also leads in personality awareness coaching. He facilities personal one-one coaching utilizing a 16 trait personality measurement analysis system.

Don has worked in Alberta business for over 40 years in different capacities including ownership. He has experience in many industries including construction, manufacturing, oilfield, retail and others. 15 years ago Don began exploring and utilizing personal development products for himself and his employees. It was then he began the life coaching part of his career. He consults and coaches to the people and numbers aspects of business

 

Roger Breault (MSC, CFRE) Communications, Speakers’ Bureau.        

Roger has his masters in business communications studies. He also operates Fundraising Consultants of Alberta and the Speakers Bureau of Alberta. Roger has raised over 50 million dollars for Alberta organizations since 1998. He started the Speakers Bureau of Alberta in 1998 from Calgary and moved to Edmonton in 2000.  In 2006 the Speakers Bureau of Alberta and Novacom International joined forces in a partnership. Roger operates the Bureau.

Brian Farrell (CA) Accounting, Business and Financial Analysis Advisor, Mediator.  

Brian leads in all aspects of business coaching. He is an expert analysts and can lead any business in evaluation, acquisition or sale doing it better than most.                              

Brian is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experiences in lead accounting roles. He has worked as a small business owner and with large firms.  He consults to some of Alberta’s top businesses, sits on boards of directors for public companies and carries CFO responsibilities.
Brian has extremely strong personal and people skills and has extensive experience in mediation.

 

Shawna Hohendorff (SW) Mediator.

Shawna leads in one-on-one awareness coaching and personnel crisis diffusion coaching. She facilitates workshops on coping with street people in today’s world.

Shawna is a social worker by trade and an excellent one-on-one communicator. Her years of experience as a program co-ordinator at Kindred House, a safe house for crack addicted prostitutes in Edmonton, has allowed her to develop uncanny crisis diffusing skills.  She is a specialist in conflict mediation for small groups and an excellent one-on-one awareness coach.

 

Cathy Sveen (MA) Conflict Management, Mediation.

Cathy has her masters in conflict mediation. She is a communications specialist and has worked for the Government of Alberta’s different ministries as a mediator for various projects. .
